Copycat Starbucks Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte
Starbucks holiday drinks are officially live! Save a few bucks this season with my copycat sugar cookie syrup recipe :)
The holidays are upon us and so are the holiday drinks at Starbies! One of these a day can surely add up, which is why I know you’ll LOVE my copycat version at home. This only takes you about 10 minutes to make and will be your new fav part of the morning!
Ingredients You’ll Need:
Brown Sugar
Granulated Sugar
Water
Vanilla Extract
Almond Extract
Butter Extract (can sub real butter)
Almond Milk
Espresso
Creamer of choice

What You’ll Need:
For the Syrup
1C water
1/4C Brown Sugar
1/4C Granulated Sugar
1Tbsp Vanilla Extract
1tsp Almond Extract
1tsp Butter Extract
Additional Ingredients
1/2C Almond Milk
2 Shots of Espresso
Creamer of Choice ( I used a cookie butter almond milk version)
Optional: Sprinkles
How To:
Boil all the syrup ingredients over medium heat until fully dissolved and well combined. Once ready, pour the syrup into an airtight bottle to keep it fresh throughout the week.
Make the Latte: Add a splash of your homemade syrup to a shot of espresso, then pour it over ice. Top with almond milk, filling the cup until it’s about an inch from the top.
Froth a small amount of your cookie syrup with your creamer. Pour the foamy mixture over your latte, giving it a creamy finish. Sprinkle on some cookie crumbs or festive sprinkles (optional), and enjoy!
